    Isn’t that just how sponsorships work? Most every major stadium is named after some company or another, because they paid for it.

      I hate it. Stadiums and fields used to be named after notable figures or just the facility owner. For example, take Boise State University. Their indoor arena used to be the BSU Pavilion. BSU graduates walked the line there. Respectable enough.

      Then the naming rights were sold to Taco Bell in 2004. Graduates then walked the line at the Taco Bell arena. Graduation invitations had Taco Bell arena as the location. They graduated at a big Taco Bell. That’s some Demolition Man bullshit right there.

    Personally I’d rather supermarkets charged more reasonable prices for groceries.
