What are your unconventional kitchen tools/utensils you were skeptical of at first but feel you can’t live without?

minus-squareAkasazh@feddit.nllinkfedilinkarrow-up2·7 months agoI’ll add to this: an egg topper/cracker. One simple thunk breaks a perfectly round crack in the egg shell, meaning you can behead it with ease. It’s a simple tool, but I wouldn’t want a kitchen without it.
