That’s why I now structure a lot of my grocery shopping around making cold or hot sandwiches for a lot of my meals. The combination of breads and ingredients (vegs, fruits, meats, cheeses, spreads, etc) one can come up with are too many for me to even list. I never get bored with sandwiches. And anyone can make a sandwich.
And as an added bonus there’s barely any clean up involved.
