Where’s the “four slices per freezer bag and keep in the freezer” option? Or am I just too good for this chart?
World of Xeen? Such a fun concept, combining the two games. I’ve been trying to run the mod that lets you play 6, 7 and 8 within the same game, but my current PC can’t handle it.
And before that, Swords of Xeen, as MM 5.5. But other unofficial spinoffs, in particular the King’s Bounty series, weren’t half bad, either.
I call this “The curse of Might and Magic”. This franchise was established by Jon Van Caneghem who founded New World Computing. The company later got into financial trouble and was absorbed by 3DO. Over time (mainly due to the commercial failure of its console, which came after the acquisition of the M&M property), 3DO started slipping into the hole. It dissolved, and in its fire sale, Ubi purchased the rights to Might and Magic. The rest, as they say, is history…
Mint is the best way to make a good idea for your foot feeling like a baby shark.
The picture doesn’t do justice to the evil that is sharting. Especially in the middle of a long run.
Sorry; the automod here seems to have removed a naughty word in the URL. Linking directly to the picture.
Bring back memories of tthe removed dog. It never fails to make me smile…
Ironing is the only time of the week where I have the time to watch TV or movies. Not that I don’t have free time, but I usually spend it in other ways. During ironing, I’m a captive audience. That said, I don’t iron all that much. I remember the last season of The Boys took me four months to finish…
I haven’t used Photoshop; learned basic photo editing in GIMP (as a poor student, I appreciated a powerful, free editor). So, no complaints about the UI from me. If anything, I’d probably bitch about the Photoshop UI if I ever used it.
One thing that concerns me a little, however, is the third-party integration with Nik Collection. The second version, which I’m still using, was provided for free by Google. They later sold the software, and the new company commercialized it. I found it difficult to track down the v2 installer, so I’m now keeping it on multiple backups, in multiple locations, as one of my most treasured software possessions.
Not surprised. I heard that Hungarian ambassadors throw the best gay orgies.
I watched a video on Youtube (so take it with a grain of salt) that claimed that the current climate models don’t take into account the reflectivity of the clouds. When these are included, the models appear to be far more accurate. (I only have a passing interest in the topic, no expertise, so I likely misrepresented the conclusions. If you are interested more watch the video yourself.)
Forehead-slapping moment: After broswing this thread and trying to figure out the weird aspect ratios, I realised that you guys are using custom wallpapers on your mobile phones.
This physically hurt. I hope you’re happy, op.
I’m inclined to believe it. I worked for a Wall Street firm when the stock market switched from fractional quotations to decimal. Lots of my coworkers printed out a conversion table from fractions to decimals, and even so often had problems figuring out which of two quotations was greater than the other one (in decimals). Those were smart people, but if you work with one system for so long, your brain gets hardwired and difficult to change.
Walking the kids to school, walking to the shop, and an average of 70-80 km of running per week. Life is good when you permanently work from home.
I have tthe benefit of a smart watch, so I know my stats quite well. Over the long term, I average 13 breaths per minute, or 18,720 breaths per day. That translates into $936 per day. When not injured, I average 22,000 steps per day, which would get me $5500 per day (currently injured, so no running, so I’m down to 12,000 steps or $3000 per day). Breathing would win only if I averaged fewer than 3744 steps per day. I think I get more just walking to my corner newsagent and back.
As any Irish mammy will tell you, a flat, warm 7-Up is the cure for all childhood illnesses.
Everyone is talking about taping, but the real MVP is baby wipes.
