I feel like there should be a first line of defense, so you don’t get charismatic idiots. Like some hard test and only the top 20 % scorers can campaign.
It’s not an “allergy”, but it still has detrimental health effects. Not having the enzyme greatly increases cancers related to drinking, among many other health impacts.
Allergy is just a way to explain it more simply.
It’s even worse, because over a third of Japanese are allergic to alcohol and probably shouldn’t be consuming for increased health risk.

I would assume not much, it’s an incursion. Meaning they don’t have the infrastructure to ship it back. If they find any caches, they probably would take what they can use quickly, and destroy the rest.
Although Ukraine is being very quiet about all of this, if you listen to the interviews and read between the lines it basically sounds like they were saying the original point of the incursion was to cutoff supply lines. It also seemed that the mission has evolved after the original goal was accomplished…
Fun fact, this is like one of the only ways you can permanently lose mail delivery… although it’s admittedly rare. I think the carrier has to start the complaint.
