Some people won’t ever hear anything about the issues until they see some weird kid do these stunts or see that someone their age can have a word in the discussion too.

Others are more likely to pay attention to scientists, the type that read more intellectual literature.

And then there’s those who won’t ever change their mind because they’ve been spoonfed corporate propaganda and thanks to religion and just generally being dumbasses, are perfectly primed to be managed in this way.

Post anything even remotely critical to anything Israel did and within minutes you’ll have a dozen downvotes and people outright warping reality in their response to you, all on relatively recent accounts that only ever respond to posts related to Israel. They aren’t subtle about it in the slightest.

And stories like them murdering foreign aid workers on purpose just get magicked away.

If I were Zelensky, I’d only allow Tucker to visit if he went to a specific location, was stripped completely naked, cavity searched and then brought, blindfolded, to an undisclosed location.

This is so insane. When a country puts a guy like him behind them, there’s no law that can’t be changed to remove these kinds of protections and the circumstances at that point tend to exist where “the people” are perfectly OK changing even the most fundamental laws to facilitate getting rid of people like him permanently.

My downstairs neighbor seems to be wearing some of those glass breaking pens you can buy for emergencies, as heels.

Our apartment is incredibly well sound proofed, you can’t hear any of the city noise and usually can’t even hear the elevator bell on our floor, even though it’s obnoxiously loud. You also can’t hear voices, radio or TV from downstairs.

But yet my downstairs neighbor, who apparently ALWAYS wears heels and can’t sit down for longer than 5 minutes, manages to make it sound like someone is constantly hammering a nail into solid concrete, with every step she makes.

The tack tack tack tack noise coming from down there, you can figure out where she is in her place, simply by where the sound goes and comes from. From that I know that while most of the layout of her apartment seems the same, two doors are in places where we have walls.

Before doing anything, if your screen allows it, swap DP to HDMI or HDMI to DP as output, that may fix this to the point of being able to actually boot and further fix the issue.

I’ve had this before with drivers where suddenly it would fail on either port but would still run on one of the others.

I tend to watch the whole Marvel lineup to this day starting early December and my wife and I watch the whole shebang of Harry Potter on Christmas eve and day.

March/April I tend to rewatch Boston Legal and the cliffnotes of Dragon Ball OG to Super. Rest of the shows I rewatch aren’t as tied to time of year.

These fabs (and pretty much ALL fabs) depend on tech to run their processes and make their chips, which isn’t made in Taiwan.

If they do it for the silicon, they’ll also need to take a good chunk of West Europe.

Would it set the West back a bit? Yes, but not all that much. There are non Eastern fabs up to date and the people in Taiwan trained to operate bulk fabs are probably on a shortlist for extraction targets too.
