God works in mysterious ways.
The problem isn’t that there are no libraries out there that parse Markdown. There are, in fact, plenty for all different languages. The issue is that every site has its own flavor of it. Lemmy does it one way, GitHub another, and something else does it completely differently yet again.
It is, unfortunately, kind of a mess.
Don’t know why you are getting downvoted, you are absolutely right. The last time I was in London, which to be fair was over 10 years ago, their bread tasted sweeter than some cakes in my country.
I mean, the ocean temperature is unnaturally high, so I wouldn’t get my hopes up. Maybe we’ll get a few months that won’t break records, but I wouldn’t bet on it.
Also the coldest for the next decades.
To be fair, it wasn’t so much “them”, but a very very tiny percentage of them that silently took over everything and ruined if for us just as much as them.
You can tell it’s an old meme, because apparently “milleniums” as the plural of millenium was only popular till the 1930s and has since been replace by “millenia”
But then the two on the bottom would have to be inside one another.
You have “friends and family”?
Sounds like you’re a big fat phony!
Closed source does mean it’s worse by default because we can’t verify what the app does. The only things we really know about Whatsapp are:
Meta is scanning your texts before the message is sent. Back when I last used it you could easily verify this by typing a url and having the app underline the url for you.
Meta is collecting an enormous amount of Metadata. This can also be verified by checking the permissions the app has and by various people that have monitored the background activity of the app.
Meta is using the Signal protocol to send the message. However, as previously explained this means nothing because they already scanned the message prior to sending it.
So with no way to look at the code we have to assume that Meta is collecting and storing the messages and their metadata.
If you post a statement clearly aimed at inducing negative sentiment against Biden, it’s natural for me to assume that you favor Trump.
Why else would take the time to write a comment like that?
Do you really think Trump who desperately seeks the approval of every strongman in the universe would have stood up to Netanyahu to tell him to stop?
I feel like a big hurdle is the way you have to type out cross posts. There was just something elegant about Reddits solution: /r/subreddit.
According to this, people that don’t use Netflix are Chads.
Do you have a source? I watch the channel quite a bit and haven’t heard about the controversy at all.
Yeah it’s really weird. I have done what OP has done for a while now on an Nvidia GPU and Pop!_OS with KDE and have had 0 issues. I don’t use a 2x2 grid though. Can that really be the issue?
I just tried it out with chat gpt and after me trying to explain the error, the responses got really condescending until I had an idea. I told it to covert the m’s to uppercase and try again.
You should definitely try it out yourself. It was a wild ride.
