Maybe reflect that in your title with the word “said” instead of “says” which deceptively makes it seem like a current/recent event?

Weed is not a psychedelic.
What a great way to let your friends and loved ones know you are insufferable to deal with and will drop a rant on them about your minor inconveniences at every opportunity.
Half-and-half is for cowards. Either cut the cream entirely or get full cream.
they invented paper, fireworks, and the compass
Lol, yea. And Timbuktu used to be the world capital of trade, now it’s just a shit hole in the middle of the desert.
75% of her body
Oh… She’s likely not going to make it. There’s no coming back from that much of the body being burned. Infection is all but guaranteed. Just horrific.
How would you like this installed in your workplace? How about ankle monitors that detect if you’re jaywalking? What about if your car had a sensor that automatically informed law enforcement if you were speeding. What if your ISP would shut off anytime you watched a video with copyright without permission.
See how bullshit “if you’re doing nothing wrong, you have nothing to hide” is?
If you have YouTube premium, why do you have Spotify? YouTube music is comparable and better in some cases.
I saw a post yesterday berating a woman for wanting to give her toddler melatonin so it would sleep during a flight. Like, why is that a problem? We drug animals for flights all the time, it’s practically a requirement. Until the age of at least 5, kids are essentially animals with just as little self-control. Hell, even after that, they tend to have less control than well-trained dogs.
Especially age 2 and younger. A child that young is not going to understand what is happening. Being forced to sit and be quiet for several hours while the pressure fucks with their ears is basically torturing them. Not only do I think it’s ok to give them something that would help them sleep through it, I think it should be mandatory.
There were a bunch of closed door meetings with upper management and the busy season was set to end in a few weeks, so the writing was on the wall.
I had some of the most consistently highest metrics so I went into our VP of Operations office and straight up asked if I would be let go on X date. He told me no.
To be fair, he kept his word. About 70% of the staff were let go on that date. I was let go 2 days after that.
Accuses? Seems like it would be pretty easy to prove right?

Haven’t the schools been closed for several months now? There shouldn’t be any civilians in there, let alone kids.
Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets
One of the best movies intros I’ve ever seen. Too bad the rest of the movie sucked.
Because Israel has nukes and a 2000lb bomb is a fuck of a lot better than just glassing the entire area or using them against Iran who would 100% invade if the US were to withdraw support.
It’s almost like global politics, especially when talking about the Middle East and nuclear powers is really fucking complicated.
No one here recommending Orajel? Literally designed specifically for mouth pain.
I’m pretty sure that’s the definition of a global financial collapse
Vote early. Almost every single area in the US has early voting at least 2 weeks before elections. People complain about long lines and lack of ballots on election day. You know what you get if you stumble into a polling place before that? A couple of bored poll workers in an otherwise empty building. You get your ballot, fill it out, and leave within 5 minutes. I seriously don’t understand why this isn’t used more.
