This kind of got brushed under the rug, but you might remember that China claimed they were both spy’s. The Canadian government denied this. Then it turns out kovrig was a spy, and he was accused of using the other Michael for espionage activity without his knowledge. That Michael, spavor, sued the Canadian government. The Canadian government settled for something like 7 million.
I’m really out of practice, but I remember that onion fondly. My teacher would have us write our fundamental principles down and then do it again a year later and compare.
I trained tai chi and a little ba gua. I sparred a little with some karate and take kwon do people. I cleaned up. I did some light sparring with a ba gua guy and he was literally throwing me around effortlessly.
I was taught well. I would imagine that my teacher was 1/1000. When looking for him, I found at least 5 different schools that had no idea what they were doing and teaching tai chi anyways.

They therefore have the moral responsibility to act in a way to promote peace #3. Hamas and Hezbollah are not terrorist organizations. They’re legitimately part of their respective government’s #4. Any act you’ve been told is a terrorist act by those two organizations was very likely legal under international law. Israel is an occupying force. People are legally allowed to fight that force through violence.
Oddly enough that secondary exodus is probably why this place is so much more positive

In the abstract it acknowledges what you’re talking about. This biased source, mentions all sorts of pro athletes that are plant based. Strong man, NFL player, and ultra runners. The ultra runners are interesting because plant based probably gives an advantage.
Good advice. It’s also good to have clear boundaries set up. The ideal. The what you expect, and the non negotiable. Start with the ideal. Expecting to get pushed towards what you expect. Never budge on the nonnegotiable.

I could be wrong, but I haven’t seen any independent verification that Hamas has been using hospitals and schools for bases, but I’m positive that there’s been debunked Israeli reports that schools and hospitals have been used as Hama’s bases.
Same thing for human shields. IDF admits to using Palestinians as shields. To my knowledge, there’s no Hamas equivalent.
This ‘war’ isn’t about Hamas anyways. If it was, there wouldn’t be 1000 people killed in the west bank. Hamas isn’t in the west bank. Why is the IDF letting people kill Palestinians in the west bank?
I’m struggling with everything on this article. On the one hand anytime a hostage has been freed, that’s good news. On the other, at what cost. 40 000 dead. That’s the easy stat. Amputations are also incredibly high. Most of them kids and performed without anesthetic. This is the first time the IDF has rescued hostages. So I’m sitting here with my initial feeling of ‘oh, that’s good news’ ,and then I think about the wider picture and context, and it doesn’t seem so good anymore.
Last year around this time Russia was advancing every day by the 10s of meters. Now some advances are 1-2 km.
The Ukrainians announcing this means things are a lot more dire than what we’ve been led to believe.
