Usually I open soundcloud.com and have music from there running in the background. No specific songs I regularly or specifically for this I come back to. I do have my likes, shares, and follows though, if the feed is unfitting.

You must mean Flatrate? A term for a flat/fixed price with unrestricted volume (the default for home internet; mobile phone plans have variance).
I’m not aware of anything being called “flats” in German. Could be an abbreviation in circles though.
I enjoyed Reborn as a Vending Machine, I Now Wander the Dungeon quite a bit. It’s not exceptional or great, but good. It certainly tells a unique story.

I have a prepaid plan that I never change. It costs nothing per month and I get 10 MB inclusive. I only add internet volume bundles when I need it for navigation for longer trips - to ensure it does not exceed that price (gets slower after).

Creating the list made me wonder what more I could list so I took a peek into my music collection. Maybe Neil Young, which reminds me of my deceased mother (I didn’t include it here). For FOSS, as it is described, it makes me think it’s a big investment with unclear risk (will they even stay as a contributor?). Which of course can be contextualized - but then what is left here?

Seems to me like free plan is what browsers natively support anyway. (Scam site blacklist. I highly suspect they use the same. They can’t compete with the one Google hosts and all major browsers integrate.)
And instead of paying 15 usd per month, Windows defender is a well funded, well established, well trusted solution.
There’s no practical gain in blockage before download. Windows defender scans upon and after download, before execution.
