3·8 months agoI don’t really know the details but afaik it uses new algorithms introduced in windows 10 and there is virtually no overhead.
compact.exe, it’s a built-in tool in windows for compressing executables. there’s an open source GUI too, very useful for compressing games and the compression is “transparent” so you can still play the games after compressing. there’s more info on the page I linked

1·8 months agothe telegram bot is not available anymore but there’s a workaround, if you make an account on zlib website and go to “edit profile” page there’s a button at the bottom to get a personal telegram bot
some publishers don’t use DRM so there’s that, otherwise I guess there’s overdrive which is… not that good, and requires library card but it’s free

I played this game and I don’t understand it, what is the point ? honestly the performance of the narrator was amazing and was my favourite part of the game but otherwise I don’t understand what the “message” is.

and like, who is stanley ? who is the narrator ? how come stanley can hear narrator’s voice ? if stanley is in a game and we are playing that game, then narrator should be in the game too, somehow he is in the game and not in the game at the same time ??
