I was referring to both to say you can get similar functionality on Sync, but Flipboard has its own charm.

It’s fancy. Sync for Lemmy really lets you customize things, but I do like the default Flipoard flip actions, font sizes, layout. You can make custom groupings of content you want to view. I forget what the branded term is, but it’s like you can make your own magazine and flip through it.
“I went to the Olympics for shooting and now I run an ice cream truck business without a freezer in Midgar”
Yes, you beat me to it.
@[email protected] shoot me a message on where you’re at. Depending on the country, I may be able to help and send you a hundred of these can openers linked above.
Edit: Give me the food bank’s address please.
It’s really good
Use full card view and you’ll see the full card ;)
I use a related phrase in Photoshop. If you have something selected, the movement around the thing is “running ants”.
*in the US, if they are w2. If contractor, they must provide the tools themselves.
Subie Outback gang is here to embrace you
Stick fights and blue waffle/lemon party/hamster dance.
One of these things is not like the other.
Always compare active ingredients for OTC stuff too
Flour - disagree. King Arthur for baking vs your basic supermarket crap is a tangible taste and texture difference in baking. While you’re at it, get a mill and buy organic wheat berries and save money for higher quality l, more nutritious flour. It’s literally cheaper to get better quality if you are willing to mill it.
Butter- Same for butter if you’re using butter as a spread. It’s ok to use cheap stuff in cooking but if it’s the main complementary flavor, like butter on toast, treat yo self to some Kerry Gold.
Pocket to aggregate everything
Don’t forget that making a spliff out of your train ticket, ink and all, is a thing lol
Edit: There are also pockets where the police won’t go because they recognize they’re full of crime and drugs, but as long as it stays within those couple of streets, they’re happy to let things stay as they are so it doesn’t spill out.
Oh and over a quarter of the population consists of immigrants.
And there’s free water everywhere… hiking, in towns… just bring a water bottle and find a fountain that’s always running. The water is ice cold year round too.
It’s also the home of H.R. Geiger (Alien design fame) in Gruyère. You can go to the town of Gruyère, which is gorgeous, and see the museum, go to the Alien-inspired café, see how they make the Gruyère cheese that you probably know, and even visit the Cailler chocolate factory, which has a Willy Wonka-type tour with infinite chocolate tasting at the end… mmmmmmm…
I keep my house at 55 during the week and 60 on weekends. 51 at night.
Edit: I sleep with a window open even when it’s 10 degrees out and I have a window fan to pull that fresh air in. My wife tolerates it, but I get snuggled more because I run so hot, so it’s a win.
In the US at least, I haven’t heard of a provider not allowing you to bring your own hardware. For example, on Comcast, you can bring your own DOCSIS 3.1 modem that isn’t as full of software and doesn’t allow neighbors to use an Xfinity public network. Comcast even has a page for compatible devices. Save on stupid rental fees.
5g of water can be absorbed for every 1g of carbs eaten. So it’s dehydration.
People that have tried to “cheat” while on Keto know this pain. It’s also why they woosh 10lbs first on that diet. No carbs = shedding water weight.
And so I watch you from afar
