Lots of people do lots of things.
Lots of people do lots of things.
I have a second sim card for my phone. I just turn off that sim when I’m not working, and set my status as away for group chat.
In this context, there isn’t any tangible benefit to having a second phone.
I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s how it plans out.
A regular group chat and another signal one for when you specifically need to talk to OP.
Having two phones absolutely sucks. Didn’t work for me at all.
It’s nice to be nice.
The flag looks a bit like a disgruntled goose.
I thought they more or less already did that? Although perhaps not at the UN.
They’ve already been making out that it’s an unacceptable act of aggression by Ukraine.
Next up:
If one company is stifling competition, then competitors don’t have the resources required to innovate.
When you look at competitors offerings, you’re seeing the best they can do in a google-dominated market.
Real competition benefits users.
The problem is, if one company dominates search, you have no way to evaluate whether they are doing it well.
Mozilla could do search themselves.
I think a lot of users are just very young, and the light of idealism hasn’t left their eyes.
I agree with you pretty much on all points.
I am also conflicted.
It’s up to courts and parole boards to determine what punishments are appropriate, given the context of the crimes.
I don’t like the guy, and of course his crime was repugnant, but I can still acknowledge that he’s one of the best volleyball players in the world. These two opinions are incongruous and yet, they exist at the same time.
Can someone spell it out for me?
Who did the nutty instances want to win?
Who did normal people want to win?
I’m with mxroute.
Cheap but serviceable.
I was with them for 10 years.
They are great, it’s true.
The pricing just got egregious though.
There’s no way in hell I will ever own a toothbrush with any sort of connectivity, but electric toothbrushes really are pretty great. Teeth feel way cleaner.
I’ve heard the sonic ones are amazing because they can clean the pockets between the gum and tooth… never had the money for that though.
Our rice cooker’s only “logic” is a spring that lifts the bowl off the element once enough water has evaporated.
I agree.
In the 70s everyone thought there would be a nuclear apocalypse.
A few decades before that children were born intended to be used as free labour for subsistence agriculture.
Yes climate change is a threat unlike any we’ve ever faced, yes its getting worse quicker than we thought, and yes population reduction is one way to mitigate it… but I don’t think that makes it wrong to have a child.
I like “left on red” countries where, on encountering a stop signal, you turn left, u-turn, turn left again, and carry on.
A popular manoeuvre in South East Asia.
I’m trying… I’m trying real hard to be the shepherd ringo.
