While we’re on this tangent, I’ve always felt the need to point out the following.
Minimum Viable Product = Poorly planned, or not planned at all, crappy product that is created in haste by overworked, stressed out developers to make some middle manager in a suit and sneakers type feel like they’re doing something to please corporate, because they don’t have the guts or good sense to push back. This abomination is usually sold as “we’ll flesh it out in phase two.” Phase two never happens, because they’re off chasing whatever other shiny thing they think is important. Also, the last MVP that they farted out “didn’t gain traction.” /rant
The guy has skills.
Right there with ya. Amusingly, the ADC website appears to also be a relic of another time.
Maybe one of these? https://www.popularmechanics.com/home/tools/g37899122/best-handheld-spotlights/
It would seem that I’m going to be driving old cars until I die. I also like manual instruments and gauges that make sense. I don’t need to watch Netflix rolling along at 70mph. Before anyone schools me on my carbon footprint, I get 37mpg and a tank lasts me about a month.
I think it’s impossible if you want for things to work. JavaScript is so ubiquitous it’s been baked into the browser since 1995.
I think “not thoroughly tested” is code for anti-vax. Big overstep for a pharmacist. That’s between you and your physician, but here we are.
The big pharmacy chains are all bad, each in their own special way. I’m fortunate to have a few small independent pharmacies to choose from. The one I go to is no nonsense, and I’ve never waited more than five minutes, and they know my name. Support them while you can.
Not that it’s anyone’s business, but what in the world was the pharmacist’s argument?

It’s hard to escape palm oil. It’s a shame. It could be an environmentally friendly option if greedy people were just a little less greedy.
