This is the answer. Pretty much every ISP blocks 80 They say it is because worms use it blah blah but it is exactly what you think. They don’t want you running a web server. You’re probably going to have to do the DNS challenge instead.
You spend most of it getting there depending on where you’re coming from. Family of 4 flying to Europe from the West Coast of the US? Yeah that’s gonna be an expensive flight.

Yeah they can turn that off but choose not to. Just saying. Company making the software hopes you’ll leave it on and the business owners hope you’ll pay their employees for them.

They’re not throttling, it’s just a really shitty USB controller (what they were using with lightning). Still sad imo but ultimately who the hell is even using the USB port on their phone to transfer data?
